Business Visa Requirements
Business visas are issued to: businessmen, investors, representatives of U.S. companies, managers, sales managers, sales representatives, etc.

Requirements for Business Visas
1- Invitation letter or Visa order.
2- Copy of C.R.for Saudi Company.
3- Letter from Indian Company addressed
to the Head of Consular Section.
5- Letter from Indian Chamber of commerce.
6- Valid Passport and 2 colour /white background photo.
7- Visit Visa Aggrement Letter from Saudi Sponser duly attested by the saudi chamber of coomerce.(FORMAT )
Note:The provision of Business Visa does not apply on those who have professional characters like Technicians, Engineers, Teachers, Lecturers & Professors of the university, Advocates, Computer Programmers, Mechanics and Doctors and others who do not have business features. They have to apply their requests through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Notes:
- Visitors should not overstay the time granted on the visa.
- Business visas do not grant the applicant the right to work or to reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Visitors to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must abide by the country’s Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society’s values and traditions.
- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s laws against drug trafficking are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to severe punishment, which may include the death penalty.
